OUR STORY
Hilden Management was formed in 2023.
We are a specialist, bespoke consultancy solely for the land and new homes arena.
Born from a belief that the outdated model in selling new homes via traditional high street agents needed an overhaul our CEO set out to create a different model.
‘As a sales director for many years, I struggled to find agents that delivered what the business required. My primary focus was ensuring the experience of buying a new home was impeccable for every buyer. As a developer our reputation depended on it.
Finding an agent that mirrored our brand values was impossible. I tried agents with land and new homes departments, however invariably after the contract was signed it was handed to the local branches to manage.
Assisting a buyer through the reservation process, taking the time to select finishes, and completing a sale within a deadline all require time, knowledge, and experience. In addition, a genuine enthusiasm for the product is required. Traditional high street agents who juggled second-hand properties, lettings, and mortgage appointments fell short of the expectations of delivering this. I had to either lower my expectations or come up with a solution.
In 2023 Hilden Management was created with a determined vision to do better for the developer and the customer.
We are a hybrid agency, with a developer knowledge and perspective.
We understand the industry, because we come from developer backgrounds. Our sales teams are from developer backgrounds, we have a passion for selling and providing great customer service. We act as an extension to the developer, respecting and mirroring the brand values of our clients.
