OUR STORY
Hilden Management was formed in 2023.
Hilden Management is a specialist, bespoke consultancy focused solely on the land and new homes market.
Founded on the belief that the traditional model of selling new homes through high street agents was outdated, our CEO set out to create a new approach.
“As a sales director for many years, I struggled to find agents who could meet the needs of the business. My priority was always to ensure that every buyer had an outstanding experience, as the developer’s reputation relied on it.
Finding an agent who shared our brand values proved impossible. I tried working with agents that had land and new homes departments, but once the contract was signed, it was handed off to local branches. The process of guiding buyers through reservations, assisting with finish selections, and meeting deadlines requires time, knowledge, and passion. Traditional high street agents, often balancing second-hand property sales, lettings, and mortgage appointments, couldn’t meet these demands. I realised I either had to lower my expectations or create a solution.”
In 2023, Hilden Management was established with a clear goal: to raise the bar for developers and buyers alike.
As a hybrid agency, we bring the perspective of developers to the forefront. With our team’s background in development, we have a deep understanding of the industry, a passion for sales, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
